The telling of your own personal story – of what our experience in life has been like – can often open up the possibilities of understanding personal thoughts and feelings which may be related to life events or beliefs and present circumstances. Paul’s approach to counselling offers an excellent source of developing new insights which can often take time to emerge into our awareness, but these can manifest into letting go of old beliefs about ourselves in favour of new beliefs which are more beneficial for our physical and mental wellbeing.
